- Enter wrong pattern five times and then wait. You would be ask for 30 seconds so wait.
- Select forgot pattern and Enter your Gmail Details.
- Make sure the gmail account you entered, is the same which you used to start the phone for the first time. Check gmail account on your pc so make sure your password is correct.
- If above steps dont work then you need to hard reset your phone. Hard Reset may loose your all phone memory data and it will restore the factory settings.(your phone will be as fresh as you start phone for first time.)

Perform the first two steps as written above, Just make sure you enter your Registered Gmail address and in password field enter “NULL” as your password. *This is only for Samsung Galaxy Mobiles. For anyother mobiles please use the first method.
